Refunds for the 2023 year will be accepted January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024. Please call 316.771.7167 for more information. All refund forms are available for download below.

We are so thankful for the voluntary contributions of Kansas’ independent oil and natural gas producers. Through the Kansas Oil & Gas Resources Fund (KOGRF), your contributions are vital to fulfilling the mission of Kansas Strong – increasing awareness and education about the important role Kansas oil and gas producers play in economic development, employment, the State economy and national security, and in fueling growth and development.

Once all forms and verification from the checklist is complete, please email to refunds@kansasstrong.com or mail to Kansas Strong at: P.O. Box 757; Wichita, KS 67201. Failure to provide all information from the checklist will result in an incomplete refund and will not be processed.
